In recent years, we’ve taken great pride in welcoming 16 individuals onto our apprenticeship and graduate program, which has substantially impacted our business. This program encompasses various roles, ranging from Trade Sales Assistants, Business Administration and Digital Marketing to HVAC Building Services Design Engineering.
We recognise the significance of providing the younger generation with opportunities for personal and professional growth, while also being dedicated to driving the current expansion and future prospects of Bell Plumbing. It was an effortless decision to pledge our ongoing support to the BMF and their mission to nurture more talent within our industry.
